Changes and Returns

For orders over € 99.00 the return in Italy is FREE.

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items not worn can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods

RETURN CONDITIONS (Right of withdrawal for the consumer (d.lgs. 206/2005))

To send to Masi Boutique one or more returns, the Customer must comply with precise conditions:

All items for sale on the website www.masiboutique.com are delivered to the Customer with an original tag of authenticity attached to the garment. The head must be tested without removing the tag.
The return will be accepted only with intact tags.  Returns with tags cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.

The garments must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the customer and must be packed and packaged in an appropriate way. 

All the other labels of the garment, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.

The goods to be returned must be delivered physically and only to Corriere Espresso within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, colour or article must forward the return procedure to info@masiboutique.com.

Returns of underwear, swimsuits, glasses, and perfumes will not be accepted.
If one of the above conditions is not met, Masi Boutique reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@masiboutique.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. In the e-mail you must specify the codes of the items you intend to return. Upon receipt of the return request, the customer service of masiboutique.com will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to be followed.

The cost of shipping will be borne by the Customer for orders less than 99€, while for orders over this amount the return will be free.  In the event that during the purchase phase the cash on delivery has been chosen as the payment method and the return is being made, the cost of the latter will not be refunded and, therefore, the incidental costs will in any case be borne by the customer.

The shipment is at the Customer’s risk, Masi Boutique is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same, including the appropriate form (cf. point C) completed.

All items returned will be subject to inspection by Masi Boutique staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure.
Masi Boutique reserves the right to evaluate additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of returns and communicated to the Customer.

 

Right of withdrawal for the consumer (d.lgs. 206/2005)

The right of withdrawal consists in the possibility - granted to the consumer for contracts concluded away from business premises (home, road, post, etc.) or for distance contracts (via the Internet, by telephone, etc.) - to decide unilaterally to dissolve the contract with the seller WITHIN 14 DAYS from the conclusion of the contract, thus obtaining the refund of the price paid.

The period for exercising the right of withdrawal starts:

in the case of goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer;
for services, from the day of conclusion of the contract.
If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is obliged to return them within 14 days (the postmark), starting from the day of receipt of the goods.

The refund of the price paid (including shipping costs) must be free of charge, in the shortest possible time and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the seller became aware of the exercise of withdrawal by the consumer.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the same products or waive the right to provide services and obtain reimbursement of the price already paid in advance payment.

 

Mode of operation: 

To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days after the delivery of the products or within 14 days after the purchase of the services, by sending a communication via email to info@masiboutique.com, containing all the information necessary and useful for a correct processing of the return and refund. 

Such communication must necessarily include all of the following: 

the Customer’s express wish to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract;
the number and copy of the document (invoice - transport document) proving the purchase of the order in respect of which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal; 
the description and codes of the Products in respect of which the right of withdrawal is exercised. 
The re-credit, including shipping costs, will be made by the Seller within 14 days of receipt of the aforementioned email communication.

 

SPECIFICATIONS RESERVED TO THE CUSTOMER BY MASI SRL 

In the event that during the purchase phase the cash on delivery has been chosen as the payment method and the return is being made, the cost of the latter will not be refunded and, therefore, the incidental costs will in any case be borne by the customer.
